We understand that plans change. To keep things fair for all clients and ensure studio availability, we’ve implemented the following policy:

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable (with a few exceptions).

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session once at no cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your booking may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

No-Shows

• Failure to show up for your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session will not be extended, and the full fee still applies.
• We're happy to add a few minutes here and there but if you are 30 minutes late you are not entitled to an additional 30 free minutes at the end of the original time.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for:

• Medical emergencies
• Travel disruptions
• Severe weather events
